Quick Overnight Oats

Quick Overnight Oats

Mornings can get very hectic for everyone. This is why I love making these Quick Overnight Oats ahead of time and then be ready to face the day in the morning! Most importantly, I like to make all different kinds so that I don’t get bored with the flavors and then every morning is different! Have fun with the ingredients so this meal has all the flavors that you love. You can also make this in a bowl but the jar allows me to eat this on the go!

Directions:

  1. Fill an 8oz jar half way with rolled oats and add the toppings of your choice.  You should fill your jar to the top but with enough room to close the lid and to comfortably shake the ingredients.
  2. Fill the jar with milk (any kind of milk will do) and close the lid to the jar tightly and shake well.
  3. Put in your fridge and eat within a week.
