Terms of Purchase

The Terms of Purchase is a legally binding contract between You and Rancho San Julian Beef, LLC dba The Ranch Table (“TRT”) regarding a TRT event (the “Event”) for which you are purchasing tickets. As used herein, “You” means collectively you as the ticket holder who is making a purchase hereby, individually, and all persons attending with You under the tickets purchased by You. You warrant as holder of the tickets, You have been authorized by Your accompanying guests for whom You hold a ticket to act on their behalf in agreeing to these Terms of Purchase and you warrant that your agreement to these Terms of Purchase is voluntary. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase a ticket.

-Eligibility. All Event attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

-Attendee Information. You warrant all information provided by you in the Event booking form is accurate, including with respect to all attendee information and contact details.

-Dietary Accommodations. Due to seasonality and high food quality standards, we only accommodate vegetarian requests. You are solely responsible for ensuring food or beverage items you consume at the Event will not give you an adverse reaction.

-Booking. Submitting an Event booking constitutes an offer by you to purchase a ticket or tickets to a TRT Event. The Ranch Table may accept or reject your offer in its sole discretion. All fees for Events are non-refundable once accepted by The Ranch Table.

Attendance. 

-Rules, Regulations and Conditions. While attending a TRT Event, You must comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation all health and safety regulations and orders; all instructions given by TRT; and all terms and conditions of the Event venue.

-Weather. All Events proceed regardless of the weather conditions.

-Attire. You are solely responsible for dressing appropriately for the conditions of the terrain and weather at the venue.

-Safety and Security. You are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of You, Your guests, and personal property while attending an Event.

-Filming and Photography. TRT and its agents may, at TRT’s discretion, choose to photograph, film, broadcast or record the Event. You grant us an irrevocable license to use and sublicense the use of Your name, voice, likeness, image and any contribution made by You at or to the Event in any and all media (whether now known or hereinafter invented) throughout the universe and in perpetuity.

Amendments, Cancellations and Postponements. 

-No Cancellation By You. You are not entitled to cancel Your tickets or receive a refund at any time after You complete Your ticket purchase. TRT may allow You to transfer Your tickets to another party, in TRT’s sole discretion.

-Amendments to Events. TRT shall have the right, in its sole discretion, without liability to You, to make changes to the Event time, location and other particulars.

-Cancellation or Postponement. TRT may decide to cancel the Event for any reason, as determined in TRT’s sole discretion. If so, TRT will refund your ticket purchase price, less any applicable processing fees and taxes.

-Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT OR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT TRT WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRT’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO TRT BY YOU PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state court located in the County of Santa Barbara, California or federal court in the Central District of California, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
