Burgers, Pickles and Beer, Oh My!

Come gather around the barbecue grill at historic Rancho San Julian with Elizabeth Poett . Enjoy the beautiful surroundings while learning the history of the ranch and discuss the best way to grill grass-fed burgers! Then head into the headquarters kitchen and learn the art of making quick pickles from farmer, Katie Hames. After the demo, walk the grounds of the ranch headquarters and hear stories of ranching days from past to present. End your visit under the century-old grape arbor with a beautiful lunch of our ranch-raised Rancho San Julian Grass-Fed Burgers, veggies from the garden and local beer from Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. This is the classic Ranch Table event and should not be missed!  

Go home with your 2 of your own jars of quick pickles and a recipe from the day!
