Come gather around the barbecue grill at historic Rancho San Julian with Elizabeth Poett and her husband and Rancho San Julian Manager, Austin Campbell. Enjoy beautiful surroundings while learning the history of a Santa Maria Style Barbecue and the best way to grill many grass-fed cuts! While around the BBQ we will also enjoy a knife skills demo lead by Michelle Aronson who is a farmer, chef and educator. After the demo walk the grounds of the ranch headquarters and hear stories of ranching days from past to present. Then end your visit under the century-old grape arbor with a beautiful lunch prepared by Elizabeth Poett and long time friend and neighbor Katie Hames made with fresh veggies from the ranch garden and Rancho San Julian Beef! This is the classic Ranch Table event and should not be missed!
