Carmen is an art director from Madrid living in Los Angeles. She studied at Parsons School of Design in New York and for years worked as an assistant art director and set designer on various films. Inspired by the interest in Spanish culture, she started a gourmet food business, cooking paella and other Spanish dishes that eventually inspired her to launched Españolita.net, creating an experiential approach to traveling.  She now designs travel itineraries through soulful places like Mallorca, Spain, that are culinary and artisanal immersions.
