Gather under the shade of the old oak trees at historic Rancho San Julian Headquarters with rancher Elizabeth Poett. Take a leisurely walk around the grounds and learn about the ranch and its deep rooted connection to California history. Gather with the Art on the Ranch class (who will be meeting earlier on in the day) and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing lunch including freshly grown produce from our ranch garden prepared by Elizabeth and Katie Hames. The lunch will be accompanied with local wine from Alma Rosa with winemaker’s daughter and artist Blakeney Sanford. Dine on our long wooden picnic tables under the 100-year-old wisteria and grape arbor and hear stories of old ranching days.
