Peak Season Apricot Gathering - June 24

Come and spend the afternoon at historic Rancho San Julian. Begin in the Apricot Orchard harvesting apricots and learning from Biodynamic Farmer, Chris Thompson. Then carry your basket of this sweet fruit straight to the old Ranch Head Quarters Kitchen to join Elizabeth Poett and Katie Rose Hames to learn the art of jam making. End the day under the 100 year old wisteria and grape arbor drinking cool ice tea, eating apricot tarts, and hearing stories of ranch life. Leave with recipes for apricots and a jar of freshly made apricot jam.
