Edible Flowers
If you know me, you know I love food and flowers. Put them together and you get my kind of heaven. Here is a list of flowers that I love adding to my cakes, breads, cookies, salads and drinks. Just adding a beautiful touch of color always brings joy to every meal!

- Pansy: mild sweet flavor
- Roses: delicate sweetness that can be bitter, but are gorgeous
- Dandelion: tangy
- Hibiscus: tart
- Lavender: tastes the way it smells
- Squash Blossom: mild and sweet
- Nasturtium: peppery
- Marigold: zesty citrus with a touch of spice
- Violet: sweet and mild
- Chamomile: grassy sweetness
- Calendula: peppery tang
- Honeysuckle: honey with a hint of jasmine
- Mint: tastes as it smells
