Cherry Crumble

Check out this yummy Cherry Crumble, which is a perfect summer treat!



  • 2 lbs of cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of a lemon (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, in cubes and at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, mix the filling ingredients together until well combined.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar and salt together and then with your hands crumble the butter into the topping mixture until well mixed.
  4. In a greased pan, pour in cherries and cover with handfuls of crumble.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown!
