Pretty AND Yummy Butter
This might just be the best butter you will ever taste. I love butter, but this butter might just make you speechless. The combination of yummy flavors and beautiful flower makes for the perfect addition to any meal and has become a true Ranch Table favorite.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of salted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of thyme, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon of rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few petals of edible flowers
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
- Cut a piece of parchment paper about 12” by 8”. Lay edible flowers on the parchment.
- Place the butter on the parchment and carefully roll the parchment to make a log form.
- Cover the parchment with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
- Place it in the refrigerator to cool. Use within a week.
