Pretty AND Yummy Butter

This might just be the best butter you will ever taste. I love butter, but this butter might just make you speechless. The combination of yummy flavors and beautiful flower makes for the perfect addition to any meal and has become a true Ranch Table favorite. 


  • 1 cup of salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • A few petals of edible flowers


  1.  Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
  2. Cut a piece of parchment paper about 12” by 8”. Lay edible flowers on the parchment.
  3. Place the butter on the parchment and carefully roll the parchment to make a log form.
  4. Cover the parchment with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
  5. Place it in the refrigerator to cool. Use within a week.
